These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of spaindriving.com ("Study for Spain's Driver's License Exam", the "Website") and the purchase of any subscription or digital study materials offered on it. By using the Website or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by EG Digital & Learning, S.L. (NIF B26685769), Carrer Topazi 26, 46117 Bétera, Valencia, Spain, contact driverslicensestudysupport@gmail.com ("we", "us"). See our Legal Notice for full details.

2. Our service

We provide online study materials, practice tests and related digital content to help you prepare for Spain's DGT Class B ("Permiso B") theoretical exam. The service is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with the DGT or any official body. Booking and sitting the official exam is entirely your responsibility and must be done directly with the DGT.

3. No guarantee of passing

Our materials are study aids only. We do not guarantee that you will pass the theoretical exam. Any success or pass-rate figures are indicative and based on our own data; individual results depend on your own study and performance.

4. Accounts

To access paid content you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is personal and non-transferable; you may not share your account or resell access.

5. Plans, prices and payment

  • We offer several subscription plans. The current plans, features and prices are shown on our Course Options page and may change over time.
  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where indicated.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe / PayPal). By subscribing you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every 3 or 6 months, depending on your plan) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time via your account or by contacting driverslicensestudysupport@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
  • We may change plan features or prices; we will give reasonable notice of price changes before they apply to your renewal.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our product is digital content supplied immediately, you agree that by starting to access the materials during that period you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

As a goodwill policy, you may request a refund within 2 calendar days of your purchase. To request a refund within that period, contact driverslicensestudysupport@gmail.com. After those 2 days, and to the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable once you have started to access the digital materials.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, share, reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly post our study materials or practice questions; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the materials for your own exam preparation only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Website available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, suspend or withdraw content or features at any time. Study materials are updated periodically to reflect current DGT rules, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors or fully up to date at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes, decisions or costs arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of users resident in the EU. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
